As a servant leader, you’re a “servant first.” Servant leaders focus on the needs of others before their own–while examining servant leadership as a leadership style, you will identify the characteristics of servant leaders, and discuss how to apply this leadership style to your personal practice.
As you will learn in this training program, the servant leader is a leadership style and does not mean you are less effective when utilizing these attributes in your personal or professional life. During this course, you will learn how the servant leader can be a powerful characteristic within any situation and this knowledge can be a great asset to your individual growth in the future.
